EXTRADER.PL is a company operating in the field of Consumer Electronics. We currently represent several brands, which we consistently develop in international markets. Our multilingual sales representatives represent us in the respective regions. Their effectiveness is due to the fact that they work on a daily basis close to their customers, creating relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
However - and this is most relevant from your perspective - we are not a typical distributor. We do not buy and sell products to you. By the same token, we are not another player in the ‘food chain’ that inflates prices by generating its own, additional margin. We are a multi-broker operating on an agency model.
And what does this mean for you?
It means that you buy directly from the Producer (brand owner) and our role is limited to coordinating the entire sales process. We look after you from the moment you place your order, through price negotiations, coordinating the shipping process, meeting deadlines and assisting you with the returns and service repair process. We understand that good communication avoids many problems, but if they do arise we solve them efficiently.
In addition, our activity does not cost you anything. We are paid by the manufacturer (brand owner) we represent.
